Hey, I’m Chip, the brainy Buddy.
I love golf because you really have to concentrate and think a lot when you’re playing the game. With fourteen different clubs in the bag there are lots of decisions to make with each shot.

When I’m not on the green (or in a sand trap… YIKES!), I like to explore plants and insects with my magnifying glass. You wouldn’t believe all the cool and creepy bugs you can find on a golf course. See you out on the fairway!

Hey batter-batter!  I’m Ace.
I’m an easy-going, friendly Buddy. You can't rush things in a baseball game.  You need to pace yourself and wait for the perfect pitch. I love the sound a baseball makes when it’s hit by a bat… CRACK!

Sometimes I get launched so high it seems like I can touch the stars. I love learning about the solar system and outer space. See you out on the field or maybe even on another planet!

Tennis anyone?  I’m Deuce.
I’m a very curious and clever Buddy. I like tennis because it’s a game of strategy and placement. It’s fun trying to stay just inside the baseline.

I try never to land in puddles because everyone knows that a soggy tennis ball doesn’t bounce so well. Even though I stay away from water, I want to learn as much as I can about it, especially the ocean and all the life forms in it. Maybe you can help me go under water some day without getting wet?

I’m a funny and energetic Buddy. Hockey is awesome because the action never stops, and I LOVE action! Since I slam into the boards at different angles I love math, physics and Newton’s laws of motion.

Even though I move really fast, I always know exactly where I’m going. I also love scientific formulas and learning about solids, liquids and gasses. I bet you’d never guess that my favorite solid is ice!

I’m SWISH… like the sound a basketball makes when there’s nothin’ but net! I’m dribbled all day long so sometimes I get really dizzy. I bounce UP and DOWN and UP and… well, you get the idea!

Things happen fast in basketball -- one second you could be losing and the next you’re winning. I’m always playing against the clock and focusing on time. So I’m a real history buff. You can’t go back in time to change the score of a game, but you can look back in time to learn about things in the past. I especially like dinosaurs!

Ready… Set… Hike!  I’m Blitz, the strong Buddy. 
I need to be brave because when I get knocked down I have to get right back up.   On the field, I am the target of twenty-two 200+ pound ballplayers – that’s about two TONS of muscle piled on top of a one pound ball! 

Football is a very active sport.  I love to learn about health and fitness so I can stay in shape and keep up.  I’m also an expert on the human body, exercise and nutrition.  Let’s get fit together!

What’s up Dudes!  I’m Striker, the adventurous Buddy.
Soccer is a popular sport in many different countries. My team and I travel to really cool and exotic places and meet people from all around the world. I’m even learning about other languages and cultures.

Out on the soccer field, it’s all about teamwork. We always feel like winners when we support each other in a game. And don’t forget, in soccer you want to use your head, but not your hands! So mark up and PLAY ON!
